The Discovery Phase is just that! Discovering more about who you are and how you operate in life. This is intended to be an exercise in helping you self reflect!

Take the time with each session. Sit with the questions.

Development Phase

You will be able to distinguish between your old way of operating, the mindset that derails your progress (the Flawed Mindset), and how you conduct yourself when you are in the space you want to be—usually defined by a place of freedom and peace (the Mindset of Truth). This will help you with both awareness in the moment and seeing the choices you need to make to move toward your goals.

Changing Your Mindset

You have finished Phase 2, the Development Phase!

This is where the rubber meets the road!

You will begin to practice exercises that lead to changing your mindset. Putting together the first three of the four principles of this process, you will practice taking captive old ways of thinking, reframing those thoughts, and selecting an action to live out the new way of thinking.
